Is there a minimum charge?
No minimum engagement, but very small tasks are quoted as a small fixed fee rather than fractions of an hour so both sides know the cost up front.
How fast can you turn around a single reconciliation?
Usually within two to three business days of receiving access and statements, faster when you tell us it is urgent.
Can ad hoc work turn into ongoing support?
Yes, and it often does. Many firms send one task, then a cleanup, then move a few monthly clients over. There is no obligation to do any of that.
Do you handle software conversions?
Yes. QuickBooks Desktop to QuickBooks Online is the most common, followed by Xero and Wave migrations. Post-conversion cleanup is included in the scope.
