Recurring Client Work, Delivered to Your Firm on Schedule
Your firm keeps the client. We handle the monthly bookkeeping behind it: categorization, reconciliations, month-end accounting, and financial statements prepared for your review, every month, on the date you set.
When firms move monthly work to us
- The bookkeeping team is at capacity and new clients keep signing
- Month-end closes are slipping past the date promised to clients
- Senior staff are doing categorization work instead of review and advisory
- A bookkeeper has left and the firm does not want to recruit immediately
- The firm wants a fixed monthly cost per client instead of another salary
What monthly support includes

- A monthly client question list routed through your firm

How the engagement runs
Onboard the client file
We review the current state of the file, agree the chart of accounts and close standards with your firm, and set the monthly delivery date.
Work the month
Transactions are categorized on the cadence you choose. Client questions are collected into one list rather than sent piecemeal.
Close and reconcile
All balance sheet accounts are reconciled, month-end entries are booked, and the close checklist is completed.
Deliver for review
Financial statements, reconciliation reports, and the checklist land with your reviewer on the agreed date. Your firm delivers to the client.
Common questions
How is monthly support priced?
Flat monthly fee per client, set after we review the file and transaction volume. The fee is fixed for the year unless the client's activity changes materially.
Can we start with one or two clients?
Yes. Most firms start with a few files, see how the close runs for two or three months, then move more clients over.
Who talks to the client about missing receipts or questions?
Your firm, unless you set it up differently. We prepare the question list in a format your team can forward as is.
Do you use our chart of accounts and templates?
Yes. We follow your firm's chart of accounts, close checklist, and financial statement format so every client file looks consistent to your reviewers.
